This guide is for the person suffering from annoying neck pain and tension that is interfering with daily life.

Perhaps you have a generalized ache in your neck, upper back and shoulders. Or maybe you’re experiencing numbness or tingling into your hands, loss of strength when opening jars or when working, or even stabbing pain that radiates to your shoulder blades and upper back. Your pain may make simple tasks such as writing, typing, or caring for yourself and others difficult. Worse yet, maybe it’s stopping or limiting your ability to carry your groceries, reach overhead, read, or drive your car. I understand that your pain and stiffness may interfere with your ability to work and makes you worried about what’s wrong, if it will go away, or if it’s just going to get worse.

I help a lot of people transform their neck pain and I hear all too often the worry about taking pain pills or resorting to injections that have mixed results.
