Had a Baby and Now You’re Wondering How To Get Back To Working Out...Safely and Confidently?

What You’ll Get:
- Meet with a Specialist Physical Therapist for a 45 min appointment to find out your strength, balance and tolerance for impact (jumping/running) and how ready you are to return to your favorite exercise routines.
- We will ask you questions about the type and duration of exercise you want to return to and find out where you’re at and how close you are to being able to exercise in the way you want.
- We currently offer the ‘After Baby Return to Exercise Screen’ for the low price of $99; it is valued at $180 so you save over $80!
How It Works:
- Fill out a short form and our Client Care Manager will reach out to you via phone; she will ask you questions to find out more about you so we can help you in the shortest amount of time.
- During your appointment we will take you through 10 screening tests of 30-60 seconds each to look at specific things to determine your exercise readiness. Wear your workout clothes!
- We will monitor you for certain ‘red flags’ regarding your body, particularly the pelvic floor and core, that may impact your ability to return to exercise.
- After your screening we will sit down with you and talk to you about where you’re at and what is needed for you to be able to return to the workouts and activities you love and a plan to get there.
- You’ll have the chance to ask any questions you want of our specialist during your appointment.
- This isn’t about receiving treatment or a detailed exercise program just yet, but we’d be happy to set up a follow up visit to get you started at your convenience; bring your calendar because we get booked up quickly and there is often a wait list for those follow up appointments.
This Is For You If:
- You’ve recently had a baby and you’re curious if you’re ready to get back to your favorite workouts like Running, HIIT, BeachBody, Weight Lifting, CrossFit, Yoga or Pilates.
- You’re a mom but it’s been quite a while since you gave birth (like years…..) but you’re ready to start taking care of yourself. You feel out of shape and you just don’t know what’s safe for you to do or you have ZERO idea of where to start.
- You’re done having babies and you’re ready for the next chapter of your life where you care for your body so you’re able to run around with your kids and feel confident and strong again.
- You are in-between babies; you know you want more kids but right now you want to work on getting back in shape after having your last baby. You want to have a strong body again so that when you’re ready to have another baby your body can handle it.
- You want to know where you’re at and what you can do so you don’t make anything worse.

This Is Also For You If You Are Experiencing Any Of The Following Symptoms:
- You are experiencing pelvic floor issues that are concerning to you; leaking when sneezing, coughing, laughing, running or jumping and you know you shouldn’t just ignore it. There’s gotta be something you can do and still be able to workout, without embarrassment and without wearing a pad ‘just in case’.
- You are experiencing pelvic pain or heaviness and suspect maybe you have a prolapse but your provider has either brushed it off, hasn’t looked at you to tell you whether you have a prolapse or not, or you don’t trust that they know how to check for it. Maybe you’ve checked for yourself or you’ve been diagnosed with prolapse and NOW WHAT?? Is that it? Are you doomed to a life of no exercise ever again? There IS life after prolapse!
- You have pain either in your pelvic area, lower back or somewhere else that makes you worried and stops you from working out. You know that if you could just get THAT taken care of you could get back to the gym or the trails and start losing weight and feeling better about yourself again, BUT right now you feel STUCK!
- You are concerned about a diastasis recti; you’ve seen the coning or doming that is classic of diastasis and you’re worried that you’ll make things worse if you push it too hard or do the wrong types of exercise.
- Nothing bad is going on right now but you just are the type of person who wants to “do things right”. You know an ounce of prevention is worth its weight in gold and you just want someone who knows what they’re doing and will be honest with you to check you out and tell you whether you have anything to worry about or not.
